Returns

We truly hope you love your items as much as we do, but we understand it does not always work out. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit within 10 days of the purchase date. Please note all international orders, sale items, purchases made during Black Friday week, and any items discounted by more than 25% are final sale. 

Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, unworn, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund.

Damaged and defective products must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Please send an email to info@sugarandhoney.co with your order number and detailed photos of the defect and we are happy to help.
