Brita is a mama to two, Karsynn and Beckham. Her love for sustainable, stylish clothing began when Karsynn was born seven years ago - and quickly grew into a passion for creating pieces families could truly live in.

As a preschool director and lifelong advocate for children, Brita knows comfort matters. Inspired by her “wild dude” Beck, who would rather live in pajamas (honestly, same), she built Sugar + Honey around one simple idea - making clothing that feels like home.

Jennee is a proud mom to two daughters - Brita (yes, the other half of Sugar + Honey!) and Stevie. With 25 years between them, Jennee’s girls inspired her in two completely different ways - one through motherhood, and the other through becoming a grandma.

Her love for baby clothing truly blossomed when her granddaughter was born, and since then, her passion for creating comfortable pieces has only grown. Together, Brita and Jennee combine generations of love, creativity, and care into every stitch and design of Sugar + Honey.
